What we offer

Our offerings are specifically designed for people in the early stages of their careers. We uniquely focus on recent college graduates, near-graduates, and others who are newly launching their careers. Our coaches dig in to help clients target their job search efforts, organize and manage the process, optimize their resumes, and practice networking and interviewing skills through personalized one-on-one coaching, focused tune-up sessions, or tailored group workshops.

The Launchpad Program

Our core offering is a private coaching engagement, training and supporting clients in a one-on-one format. We provide a process, tools, personalized feedback, support and a progress dashboard. The client provides a willingness to learn and an interest in their future.

  • 6-week program
  • Client meets with Launch Coach (virtually) for training sessions, job search strategy, resume review, networking, and interview practice
  • Client receives personalized training and sample materials
  • Client and Coach use dashboards to track milestones and progress
  • Together, Client and Coach build tools, process, and confidence necessary for a successful job search

    Tune Up Programs

We offer multiple short term engagements focused on discussing and fine-tuning a single aspect of the job search process.

      Group Sessions

We can tailor our content to offer to small and large groups. Small group programming allows us to help more job seekers while maintaining the high quality of our coaching programs, and gives the job seeker a peer group to work with.
